• How to get from the airport to the hotel:

  Train:
  The “Airport Express” leaves from the Airport arrival hall direction Oslo, every 15 minutes.

  Get off the train at stop “National Theatre”.
  The trip takes 25 minutes and costs 170 NOK.

  From that stop, it is a 5 minute walk to the Hotels
  (Rica Travel is situated just across the street of Grand Hotel).
  
  Taxi:
  The fixed price for the trip Hotel - Airport is 650 NOK.
   

• Registration to the Conference:

  Monday 9 February: Guests arriving at the hotel on Monday 9 February are encouraged to register to the conference upon arrival. The Conference registration desk will be in the lobby of the Hotel.

  Tuesday 10 February: Registration on Tuesday 10 February will take place in front of the Conference Room “Rococco” on the 2nd. floor.

• Sessions:

  The opening session and sessions on 10 February:
  All sessions will take place in meeting room Rococco on the 2nd. floor.

  Sessions on 11 February:
  The conference sessions will be held in the meeting rooms Rococco and Speilen both situated on the 2nd. floor.

• Lunch:
  10 February: Lunch will be served in Speilen on the 2nd. floor
  11 February: Lunch will be served in Grand Caffe and Palmen on the 1st. floor.

• Dinner:
  Dr. Nils A. Røkke has the pleasure to welcome you to the Conference dinner which will take place at
  the Restaurant “Gamle Losjen”.

• Internet access:
  Free high-speed and wireless Internet access is available throughout the hotel.
  Hotel guests use their name and room number as user-id and password
  The Participants who are not staying at the Hotel can get a user-id and password at the reception of the hotel. (Costprice will be about 50 NOK per day.)

  The Conference will have, during the whole duration of the Conference, a reception desk in front of the Conference Room “Rococco” on the 2nd. floor.
