Spell your email address correct, otherwise you might not receive the confirmation of your registration.

Speakers and Chairman have also to register.

From now and up to 24 December 2008, the Conference organizer will book a hotel room for you based on what you requested on your registration form. If you register to the conference after 24 December, you have to make your hotel booking directly with the hotel.

Eventual cancellations or modification before 24 December will be taking care of by the Conference Organizer. (All requests must be sent by email to Decarbit-conference@sintef.no). After 24 December, modification and cancellations of a hotel room must be done directly to the hotel.

Pre booked rooms at the hotels will be released for general sale on 24 December 2008.

In case of “No show” at the Hotel, the room rate will be charged on the guests’ credit card
